Bach Flower remedies
Flower essences are useful for treating many types of sleeping problems. They are especially good for
sleep problems of psychological or spiritual origin.
White chestnut is good for worrying thoughts and mental arguments.
Scleranthus is good for indecision.
Vervain, rock water, vine, elm, beech and impatiens are good for stress, strain, frustration and inability to relax.
How to Take a Flower Remedy
Take the remedy by dropping four drops onto your tongue at least four times a day or when you feel you need them. Alternatively, you can take the remedy in still spring water.
Do not confuse flower remedies with aromatherapy oils or herbal preparations of the same name.
