Beech is valuable if you find yourself impatient and intolerant over upsets in schedule.
Holly helps to defuse anger that is rooted in feelings of insecurity but that is expressed in fits of bad temper.
Mimulus helps to ease fears of things you can clearly identify. You may be somewhat timid and shy.
Mustard can help to lift feelings of sadness, sorrow, and depression.
