Exercise
Proper exercise is very important for
cardiovascular health and rehabilitation. However, do not exercise until after you have changed your diet and lowered your cholesterol level. Check with your doctor before you begin an exercise program.
Here are elements of a good exercise
program:

Walk four to six times per week, for at least thirty minutes per exercise session.

Do stretching exercises or
yoga.

Tai chi chuan

Some form of aerobic exercise, such as swimming or jogging
