If the pain or vomiting don't subside after a day, see a doctor. For Children: Call your pediatrician right away if your child appears ill with a high temperature and other signs of flu. Notify the doctor if your child begins suffering from excessive vomiting or diarrhea, has difficulty in breathing, is delirious, has ear pain or is urinating infrequently.
