T'ai Chi Chuan

Practitioners believe that the movement and breathing exercises of t'ai chi encourage an even flow of qi ("life energy") around the body. Western cardiologists have advised heart patients to take up t'ai chi as a gentle form of exercise that does not strain the heart.
